I recently played Mercenaries 2: World in Flames and I have to say it's a great game. The open world environment is huge and there's plenty to do. You can complete missions, collect weapons and equipment, control vehicles, and much more. The graphics are great and the gameplay is intense. I particularly enjoyed the destruction aspect, as you can blow up buildings, bridges, and other structures. The enemy AI is also very challenging, making it a fun and rewarding experience. Overall, I highly recommend Mercenaries 2: World in Flames to anyone looking for a great open world shooter.

Mercenaries 2: World in Flames is a video-game developed by Pandemic Studios and published by Electronic Arts. It is the sequel to 2005's Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction.
The game is set in Venezuela and presents three playable characters: Jennifer Mui, Mattias Nilsson and Chris Jacobs. All characters are going to go through the same storyline that centers around the player's character of choice. The story starts when the player heads to Ramon Solano's villa. There the player is received by a man called Blanco, who apparently once worked with the player but abandoned him when he was no longer making money. In the meeting, Solano hires the player to rescue a top Venezuelan Army General whose name is Carmona, who was a prisoner of the Army. The player is able to use weapons and air strikes supplied by Solano to infiltrate the fortress and rescue Carmona. Once Carmona is rescued, however, Solano tries to murder the player to avoid paying him. The player is able to escape and begins to plan his revenge on Solano.
